When interested in booking a reservation making the refundable security deposit is the next step. At times The Lucky Beach House can be in high demand. To keep reservations fair, we use a first come first serve basis concerning making the refundable security deposit. Your rental is not officially reserved until you make your security deposit here or by other means (first come first serve). In the event of a cancellation by the renter, the deposit is not refundable. During your stay please keep noise levels low at all times, any complaints of noise will result in loss of the security deposit. Please only book if you are 100% sure to go through with the rental.
For your convenience please fill out the simple form below to book the reservation. This will forward you to a secure and encrypted PayPal payment screen. Here you can pay via any major Credit Card or PayPal (debit/checking account). You do not need to sign up to pay via Credit Card. Once this is received we will send you an official confirmation email/receipt that will include easy to follow next steps. Also Please see the rental agreement located below. It contains the address to send/fax the agreement, rent payment instruction, and other important information.
